The results to the customer are increased sales, lower customer acquisition costs and reduced operating expenses. Connecture has worked with many industry leading health plans and insurance companies. Current customers include multi-state health organizations, such as Health Net, Aetna, and PacifiCare and mid-sized regional health organizations such as ConnectiCare and Health Alliance Plan.
IRW Services Acquired by Perimeter Internetworking/Cybergnostic
IRW Services was acquired by Cybergnostic on 1/13/04. Cybergnostic is a managed service provider (MSP), hosting networking and security solutions for mid-sized enterprises. The Company's bundled service offering includes managed firewall, intrusion defense, virus protection, high speed internet access, VPN, IP telephony, and desktop management. Cybergnostic primarily targets community financial institutions and markets to this sector under the name Perimeter Internetworking.
Juniper Financial Corp.
Juniper Financial Corp. is a full-service credit card issuer. The Company supplies a range of credit cards including the Juniper MasterCard and Visa, branded cards by MidWest Express, Orbitz, I fly America, Arbor Day, the Mailbox Teacher and Laura Ashley. In addition, Juniper has partnered with E-Loan and Answer Financial to offer its customers a full range of loan and insurance products.

KnowledgeStorm is a leading provider of IT product, service and market information. This information is available at KnowledgeStorm.com and through syndication partners including Yahoo!, Hoover's, InfoWorld, Fastcompany.com and Inc.com. The Company provides information covering over 22,000 IT solutions in areas such as general business applications, industry specific applications, infrastructure, systems management tools, and web development tools. Currently, 92% of all software searches or IT purchases begin over the Internet. KnowledgeStorm targets large enterprises such as IBM and Oracle as well as small IT software providers. This innovative method of connecting IT buyers and sellers simplifies and accelerates the IT buying cycle.

Magnet Communications is a leading software provider of web-based corporate cash management and business banking applications to financial institutions of all sizes. The Company's banking service includes items such as ACH, money transfers, balance reporting, loans, and lock boxes. Magnet targets the corporate customer base of financial institutions. A sampling of current customers includes: ABN AMRO, SunTrust, Harris Bank, Washington Mutual, and Silicon Valley Bank.

Market Velocity (formerly TradeUps) provides electronic marketplace management solutions that help Fortune 1000 manufacturers increase customer loyalty and market share, drive incremental revenue, and optimize the disposition of surplus inventories. Market Velocity allows clients to sell overstocked, returned or used inventory online or through a network of distributors.

Neovest develops proactive intelligent technology solutions designed to make equity traders and investors more productive. Neovest's products enable fast, efficient delivery of market data from multiple sources and drives real-time data analysis and decision support, creating a powerful equity trading solution.
NextEstate Communications
NextEstate issues and markets a prepaid MasterCard card, called the "I-Gen MasterCard." Once purchased by a customer, the I-Gen card can be used to make purchases via the Internet, catalog, telephone, or anywhere that MasterCard is accepted. The target demographic are teens and other unbanked individuals who are not able to obtain a traditional credit card. NextEstate is currently selling and reloading their cards at a variety of drug, grocery, and convenience stores.
PayCycle
PayCycle provides small businesses and accountants an easy-to-use, Web interface that collects payroll information in a timely fashion, allows employers to produce paychecks or pay employees through electronic funds transfer, sends email reminders when tax filings are due, and produces pre-filled tax forms and W-2's that can be printed and/or filed electronically. PayCycle's affordable self-serve, online payroll service saves employers time and frustration while keeping them in control of their payroll expenses.
